Turnaround
Orders take 5-7 business days from payment through shipping.
Pricing
For catalog orders, the price shown covers the cloth material, printing, stitching, GST, and the artwork, since the design already exists.
For Design Your Own orders, the price depends on the sublimation coverage tier you choose, the material, and the sleeve length. A separate designer fee is added once per order, because a custom design has to be prepared for print by a designer. Both amounts are shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
Sublimation Coverage
Design Your Own orders let you choose how much of the garment your design covers. Here is what each coverage tier includes.
What do One Side, Two Side, and Full Sublimation mean?
One Side: the design you upload for the front is printed on the front. The back and the sleeves are left unprinted. Our production team colour-matches them to your uploaded design as closely as possible. Any file you upload in the Back Design slot is not printed on this tier.
Two Side: the front design and the back design are both printed. The sleeves are left unprinted. Our production team colour-matches them to your uploaded design as closely as possible.
Full Sublimation: the front, the back, and the sleeves are all printed, with placement across the whole garment rather than a fixed front and back panel.
Your organisation name, the player name, and the jersey number are always printed on the back, and your logo is always placed where you choose, on every tier. Coverage tiers change the printed design only.
If your design file already shows both the front and the back together in one image, only the sides your chosen tier covers will be printed.
Payment Terms
We collect full payment via Razorpay (UPI/cards) when you place your order. There is no separate balance payment later.
Returns & Defects
If the finished product doesn't match what you designed because of a mistake on our part (a print defect, wrong size, etc.), we offer a free reprint or refund at our discretion.
Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel your order yourself any time after payment and before we begin production. Cancelling in that window refunds your payment in full by default.
Once production has started, self-service cancellation is no longer available. Please contact us directly to discuss a refund.
